‘Nurses At Home’ Now On BookDoc
KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 (Bernama) — The Malaysia home-based healthcare services by provider, Nurses At Home (NAH), are now available online through the platform, BookDoc.
In a statement today, BookDoc founder and chief executive officer, Datuk Chevy Beh said the new service would allow users to book their medical appointments for visits to the clinics or hospitals via online.
“It also allows users to request for services, especially private home nursing and physiotherapy to be delivered at home.
“Healthcare service is a continuum of care with each provider playing a varied and vital role at each stage of the care cycle.
“This understanding underscores our latest partnership with NAH and our tie-up with the Malaysia Physiotherapy Association last year,” he said.
Through BookDoc’s mobile app and website, users can access an expanded range of healthcare services including nursing, physiotherapy and caregivers in addition to doctors, dentists and traditional complementary medicine.
According to the statement, corporate users would also be able to purchase healthcare packages such as short-term nursing care, medical accompaniment, and newborn and mother care.
